TLG offer returns for items within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Items should be returned to TLG with a trackable shipping or postal service.
Conditions for a Full Refund
• Items were damaged in the delivery process
• You received the wrong item(s)
• When you tried to first use the product, it did not work
• The wrong items were sent to you
Requirements for a Full Refund
• Items must be in new condition
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
• Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
• Clothing must be unworn
