TLG offer returns for items within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Items should be returned to TLG with a trackable shipping or postal service.

Conditions for a Full Refund

• Items were damaged in the delivery process

• You received the wrong item(s)

• When you tried to first use the product, it did not work

• The wrong items were sent to you

Requirements for a Full Refund

• Items must be in new condition

• Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories

• Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap

• Clothing must be not be worn

TLG ships free. TLG only ships to Singapore and Malaysia. TLG is not to be held responsible for any damage of products during shipping. Products sold are not refundable. Allow 2 days for transaction, excluding public holidays and weekends. Postage time will be dependent on the courier company and may typically take 1-5 working days.
